Your growthshould not collide withyour operations.
2dAI helps e-commerce brands, distributors and SMEs when orders, inventory, logistics and finance still do not work reliably together. We turn one manual or fragmented workflow into an integrated system that can be measured and maintained.

The operational ceiling
The cost hides in the hand-offs between your systems.
Each application may work well on its own while the overall system remains fragile. The team becomes the integration layer: copying, checking, chasing and reconstructing what happened.
One workflow, two realities
Your team should not be the integration layer.
Take a simple case: an order needs to check inventory, trigger fulfilment and update finance. The standard path can move automatically. The team steps in only when a rule is not enough.
The tools already exist, but checks, files and follow-ups still depend on the team.
Illustrative workflow. Exact systems and rules are confirmed during discovery.
Checks and updates follow visible rules.
The team steps in without reconstructing everything.
The system stays understandable and maintainable.
How we engage
Start with proof. Expand only once it holds.
The path is deliberately progressive: understand the problem, resolve one workflow, build what is missing, then maintain what has been delivered.
Operational & IT diagnostic
Map the real process, systems, data, risks and first outcome worth pursuing.
Integration or automation sprint
Remove one specific friction across orders, inventory, logistics, billing or reporting.
Business tool, portal or back office
Replace a fragile mix of files and emails with an interface designed around the real work.
Maintenance & continuous improvement
Monitor, support and improve the delivered system within a clearly defined scope.
Product demonstration
A system matters only when it becomes simple to operate.
This fictional interface demonstrates the type of experience we can build around a real workflow: clear indicators, visible exceptions and the important actions in one place.

Applied AI · human accountability
AI accelerates the work. It does not replace accountability.
We use AI when it creates a concrete advantage: analysing, classifying, preparing, checking or assisting. It sits within a clear system, with controlled data and a person accountable for sensitive decisions.
The evidence available today
The studio is new. The experience behind it is not.
No invented client logos or dressed-up results: we show previous experience, delivery artefacts and the way a system is verified before launch.
Before 2dAI, Augustin worked on order and inventory systems, partner integrations and operational reporting tools in e-commerce environments. That experience now informs a delivery method centred on workflows, testing and documentation.

Our method
One priority workflow. Clear criteria. A controlled launch.
Work progresses through short cycles and regular demonstrations. You validate a working system, not a promise in a presentation.

Frequently asked questions
Direct answers, before we connect anything.
01Are you an outsourced IT department?+
Not at launch. We begin with a diagnostic or focused project. The relationship can expand into maintenance and a broader IT partnership once results have been verified.
02Do we need to replace our systems?+
Usually not. We keep what works and focus first on the hand-offs between systems.
03How quickly can we see a result?+
A focused diagnostic takes a few days. A first workflow can then be delivered in a few weeks when access, data and scope are clearly defined.
04What happens after launch?+
Documentation, handover, monitoring and recovery are part of the delivery framework. Maintenance is then scoped around the system and agreed responsibilities.
