When you click the submit button, the contact details and message you entered are sent to 2dAI so we can answer your request, understand the project described and manage the follow-up.
Mini diagnostic
Your answers and estimates remain in your browser while the diagnostic is being built. They are only sent if you then choose to submit the reading to 2dAI.
CRM and transactional email
Submitted requests are recorded in Attio, the CRM used to follow up prospects. A transactional email provider sends the confirmation to the requester and the notification to 2dAI. Only the information required for those operations is shared.
Purpose and retention
The information is used only to answer, prepare a conversation and follow up the request. It is kept for as long as needed for that follow-up and applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymised. It is not sold.
Analytics and cookies
2dAI has not currently configured any advertising tools or first-party analytics cookies. The host may nevertheless process technical data required for security and service operation.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of information provided by emailing contact@2dai.one.
